Minnesota Team Handball is a Non-Profit sports club that introduces and engages the sport with the local community. ​Founded in 2008, we are always looking to grow our program with our goal to establish Team Handball in Minnesota to a high degree. In 2025, we introduced a women's team, the Minnesota Monarchs, which was a major step in cultivating an inclusive and competitive environment for all athletes.

 

We welcome brand new players, and we also have a traveling team that competes in tournaments around the United States. Minnesota Team Handball is also a part of the Midwest Team Handball League which is a national recognized sports league through USA Team Handball.
